Quote.by is a great tool that makes finding or stumbling upon interesting or inspiring quotes simple. Users can search by a word, author or they can browse through popular quotes or other categories of quotes. Quote.by also makes it easy for its users to share their favorite quotes through Facebook or Twitter. When a user stumbles upon one quote that they like, they can click on it, "Heart" it, and see other quotes that are similar to the one they liked. Also, they can see which other Quote.by users also "heart" the quote and perhaps make a connection there. From famous, historical words to obscure phrases, Quote.by's got it listed.

Quote.by launched in late 2011. There isn't a lot of information about Quote.by anywhere. They seem to let the quotes do the talking.

Quote.by offers an iPhone application. Its layouts of quotes is much more appealing than most other sites that simply write out a huge numbers of quotes and don't arrange them. The ability to "Heart" a quote also gives Quote.by a social network aspect to its app. It is also a nice way to store quotes that are interesting that users may want to reference to later on.

Quote.by is really all about the quotes. It is an extremely simple and professional looking site that displays quotes randomly or that offers simple search methods to discover the perfect quote. Browsing though the site can become addictive and before long users may find that they've spent a half hour just browsing quotations.

Users can sign into Quote.by through their Twitter, Facebook or Google accounts. Initial registration also requires a name, email and username. Quote.by also asks for location, website and an "about you" section, but these are not required.

Quote.by is great for anyone who wants to search for an inspiring, perfect quote. Teachers, students, writers or anyone who wants to inspire others could use Quote.by to find a quote and easily broadcast it to their circle of friends and followers.
